We need Civil Supervisor for Raipur location.

Location: Raipur CG.

Qualification: 12th Pass

Salary: 20000/- to 25000/- PM

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Job Duties:

- Site Supervision & Coordination – Overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans.
- Quality Assurance – Verifying materials and workmanship meet required standards.
- Safety Compliance – Enforcing safety protocols to protect workers and minimize risks.
- Workforce Management – Coordinating with laborers, subcontractors, and engineers to maintain workflow.
- Problem-Solving on Site – Addressing unexpected challenges that arise during construction.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on civil projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols,



promoting a culture of safety on the construction site.
- Supervise and manage on-site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, reporting progress to project management.
- Resolve issues and conflicts promptly, keeping open lines of communication with all stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
