Key Responsibilities
- Guest Assistance: Welcome customers warmly, guide them to screens, and answer questions.
- Ticketing & Billing: Handle counter transactions, cash payments, and digital/card billing accurately.
- Sales & Promotions: Promote loyalty memberships, food/beverage offers, and upcoming movie packages.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain hygiene standards across the lobby, counters, and auditoriums while following company SOPs.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer service issues promptly.
Job Requirements & Details
- Education: Usually 12th Pass or equivalent (higher qualification or hospitality/hotel management background preferred for specific tracks).
- Age Limit: Generally around 18 to 25 years.
- Shift Availability: Flexibility for both day and night shifts.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
