Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Associate Agency Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. You will play a crucial role in building and managing relationships with agents, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, and driving business growth through effective leadership and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents to meet sales objectives.
- Implement agency development strategies to enhance agent productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance,



providing coaching and feedback to improve results.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to update agents on products and sales techniques.
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes motivation and engagement among agents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Skills Required:

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with agents and clients.
