Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of high-rise residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, quality control, cost management, safety, contractor coordination, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential construction projects from planning to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion as per project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Supervise civil, RCC, MEP, and finishing activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, material consumption, labour productivity, and cost control.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained and construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Review project drawings, identify execution issues, and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, review work progress, and ensure adherence to contractual commitments.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and site procedures.
- Conduct regular site meetings, review progress reports, and submit MIS updates to senior management.
- Identify project risks, resolve site-level challenges, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate material planning and procurement requirements to avoid delays.
- Ensure proper documentation, inspections, snag rectification, and project handover.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in real estate or construction project execution.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, civil construction, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
- Proven experience in managing multiple contractors, project schedules, budgets, and site teams.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience handling large-scale residential projects.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate effectively with consultants and contractors.
- Robust focus on project timelines, quality, cost efficiency, and safety.
- Willingness to work at the project site in Mumbai.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
