The Role

You will be on both sides of the process. One day you are on location with a client, framing product shots or capturing an event. The next day you are in Premiere Pro turning that footage into reels, ads and short films.

What You’ll Do

- Shoot photo and video for client projects: products, food, interiors, people, events and behind-the-scenes content.
- Handle the basics on set: framing, exposure, focus, lighting setups, clean audio and steady footage.
- Edit reels, short ads, event highlights and testimonial videos in Premiere Pro, with colour correction, sound, music and subtitles.
- Add simple motion graphics, titles and transitions in After Effects or Canva where the edit needs it.
- Help plan shoots with shot lists and easy storyboards, so nothing gets missed on the day.
- Organise, back up and label footage properly so any edit can be picked up by anyone on the team.
- Export correctly for every platform: Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, WhatsApp and client presentations.
- Bring ideas. Spot trends, suggest formats, and pitch the shot nobody asked for but everyone ends up using.

What We’re Looking For

- Hands-on shooting experience with a DSLR or mirrorless camera,



and confidence getting good footage on a phone.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro. Basic After Effects, Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- An eye for composition, light and movement, and a feel for pacing and rhythm in an edit.
- Comfort around people on set, whether that is directing a client for a testimonial or blending in at an event.
- Reliability: you show up on time for shoots, take feedback well, and finish what you start.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for shoots.
- A portfolio or showreel with your own shot and edited work. College projects, personal reels and freelance work all count.

Good to Have

- Experience with gimbals, lavalier or shotgun mics, and basic lighting kits.
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
- Basic photo editing in Lightroom or Photoshop.
- An understanding of what makes a reel work on Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Your own camera gear. Not required, but useful.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
