- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and support due diligence through detailed data-room review, and validation of key assumptions.
- Build and maintain financial models - DCF, comparable company analysis, cap tables, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
- Evaluate business plans, unit economics, and financial statements of prospective portfolio companies.
- Prepare investment memos, the financial sections of pitch decks, analytical reports, and proposals for the leadership team and investors.
- Support active fundraising mandates through financial structuring, data rooms, and transaction documentation.
- Conduct investor mapping, sector research, and competitive benchmarking.
- Track progress across live engagements and ensure timely,
accurate follow-ups.
- Monitor portfolio and pipeline performance against key financial metrics.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities (20%)
- Support investor outreach, relationship management, and meeting preparation.
- Assist in startup screening and early-stage evaluation projects.
- Contribute to improvements in modelling standards and analytical frameworks.
- Participate in ecosystem events, networking sessions, and workshops.
- Represent the firm in analytical discussions with clients and investors as required.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
