Key Responsibilities ● Marketing & Campaigns: Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and brand activations. Develop creative concepts, campaign plans, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies aligned with client objectives. ● Event Management: Coordinate brand events, product launches, influencer engagements, and experiential marketing activities, including venue selection, vendor management, branding, production, logistics, and on-ground execution. ● Client Servicing: Manage day-to-day client communication, understand briefs, translate requirements into actionable plans, maintain client relationships, share regular progress reports, and ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon deliverables. ● Influencer Marketing: Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers and content creators, manage outreach, negotiations, briefings, scheduling, and participation in campaigns and events, and track deliverables. ● Internal Team Collaboration: Work closely with PR and Social Media Marketing teams to integrate campaigns with media outreach, content planning, digital promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand communication strategies. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for integrated campaigns. ● Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders,



manage negotiations, resolve execution challenges, and ensure smooth campaign and event delivery. ● Project Management & Reporting: Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, monitor campaign progress, maintain timelines and budgets, and submit regular status updates to clients and management. Skills & Qualifications ● Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, event management, or client servicing, preferably in a PR or marketing agency. ● Experience working with Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, F&B;, Alcoholic Beverages, or Jewellery brands is preferred. ● Strong understanding of brand campaigns, event planning, product launches, and influencer marketing. ● Excellent client-servicing, communication, presentation, coordination, and negotiation skills. ● Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities. ● Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced agency environment. ● Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and travel for client meetings, events, and activations as required. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
