About Us
We are an HSDM-authorised skill training partner. We run government-funded courses in Artificial Intelligence and E-Commerce for ITI students and youth in Haryana, under NSDC / Skill India norms. We’re looking for a counsellor to guide students into the right course and help them see it through.

What You’ll Do

Counselling and admissions

- Counsel students and parents about our courses, including course content, duration, certification, and career and self-employment opportunities.
- Explain clearly that the training is free and government-certified, and answer doubts and concerns.
- Help students choose the right course based on their education, interest and goals.
- Check eligibility, collect documents and complete the admission process.

Mobilisation and outreach

- Run counselling sessions in ITI classrooms, schools, colleges and villages.
- Follow up with enquiries and interested students on call and WhatsApp until they enrol.
- Support mobilisers and help meet monthly admission targets.

Student support during training

- Stay in touch with enrolled students to keep attendance up and reduce dropouts.
- Find students who are struggling or absent, and work with trainers and parents to bring them back.
- Motivate students toward completion, assessment and placement.

Records and reporting





- Keep an enquiry and admission register and daily follow-up records in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Help maintain documents and photos required for government records.
- Share daily or weekly reports on enquiries, admissions and dropouts with the Centre Head.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline (BA, B.Com, BBA, MSW or Psychology preferred).
- 1–3 years’ experience in admissions, counselling, telecalling or mobilisation, ideally in a skill development, coaching or education setup.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and Punjabi. Basic English is a plus.
- Confident, friendly and persuasive, and able to connect with young people from rural and semi-urban backgrounds.
- Willing to travel locally for outreach sessions.
- Basic computer skills: Excel or Google Sheets, WhatsApp and email.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply, especially for counselling women students and homemakers.
