Job Title: Azure Data Engineer Trainer – Microsoft AzureJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Azure Data Engineer Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students, freshers, working professionals, and corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Azure data engineering services, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, SQL, Python, and cloud-based data solutions.

The trainer should be capable of explaining technical concepts through practical demonstrations, real-time project scenarios, hands-on labs, and industry-oriented assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on Microsoft Azure Data Engineering concepts and tools.
- Train participants on Azure Data Factory (ADF), including pipelines, datasets, linked services, triggers, and integration runtimes.
- Provide hands-on training on Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
- Explain data ingestion, transformation, cleansing, and integration processes.
- Cover SQL, Python, data modeling, and ETL/ELT development.
- Train participants on Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 and cloud-based data storage solutions.
- Explain Microsoft Fabric and its data engineering capabilities, where relevant.
- Demonstrate data pipeline development, orchestration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Cover Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture, and data processing best practices.
- Explain batch processing, incremental data loading, and slowly changing dimensions (SCD).
- Introduce data warehousing concepts and Azure SQL-based data solutions.
- Provide real-time project scenarios, practical assignments, and hands-on lab exercises.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, interview questions, and mock assessments.
- Guide trainees in project development, interview preparation, and career-oriented learning.




- Keep the curriculum aligned with current Azure data engineering technologies and relevant certification objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data engineering services.
- Good knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) and pipeline development.
- Practical experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Apache Spark.
- Strong understanding of SQL, Python, and data transformation techniques.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 and cloud data architecture.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Experience with Delta Lake, incremental data processing, and data pipeline optimization.
- Knowledge of data orchestration, monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a easy and practical manner.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an Azure Data Engineer, Senior Data Engineer, or Azure Data Engineering Trainer.
- Experience working on real-time data engineering implementation and migration projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, CI/CD for data pipelines, Git, and deployment practices.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms and production data workflows.
- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Data Engineer Associate or other relevant Azure data certifications is an advantage.
- Experience delivering online training, classroom sessions, or corporate training.
- Ability to guide participants through end-to-end data engineering projects.
