Job Overview:

Pre Unique (India) Private Limited is seeking a proactive and technically strong IT Specialist to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of servers, laptops, and all office IT equipment, while also introducing and implementing modern technology solutions to improve efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company’s servers and network infrastructure
- Ensure all office laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT gadgets are functioning properly
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup management
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems
- Implement recent and advanced IT solutions available in the market to improve operational efficiency
- Manage email systems, cloud services, and access controls
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required




- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in server management and IT infrastructure support
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and cybersecurity practices
- Experience with cloud platforms and backup systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to implement new technologies and automation tools
- Good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in ERP systems or enterprise IT environments
- Knowledge of data security compliance
- Experience in multi-location IT management (if applicable)
