Preferably in a Construction/Civil Site Experience of Candidates
* Residential Construction Project * Independently handling and executing the project at site * Able to handle site team members of 1-2 supervisor * Capable of day to day site decisions independently and resolving execution related issues * Responsible for planning, coordination, supervision, quality control and timely execution of site activities * Monitor workmanship, materials, productivity, progress and construction quality * Should ensure work is executed as per approved drawing,
specifications and project requirements * Maintain proper site documents, measurements and update progress records * Valuable communication and convincing skills
The candidate should be capable of independently handling site ownership and drive the project from execution through completion.
Preference should be given to candidates who are looking for long term career stability rather then a short term project assignment.
