About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in financial processes, robust configuration skills, and direct participation in end-to-end Greenfield implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Analysis: Gather business requirements and translate them into robust SAP FICO functional solutions.
- Configuration & Support: Configure and support SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) functionalities tailored to business needs.
- Implementation Lifecycle: Play an active role in end-to-end Greenfield implementation activities, covering requirement gathering, blueprinting, system configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Core Module Management: Handle core finance operations including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Controlling Processes: Manage Controlling processes, including Cost Center Accounting,



Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
- Technical Coordination: Prepare detailed functional specifications and coordinate seamlessly with technical teams for custom developments.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Cross-Module Integration: Ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with SAP MM, SAP SD, and other relevant modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
- Implementation Track Record: Must have participated in at least one end-to-end Greenfield implementation.
- Technical Expertise: Strong configuration knowledge across SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling).
- Domain Knowledge: Clear understanding of core business processes and financial accounting principles.
- Integration Knowledge: Proven experience integrating SAP FICO with SAP MM and SD modules.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
