Hiring: Skin Therapist & Front Desk Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, presentable and patient-oriented Skin Therapist who can also manage front desk operations at our growing dental and wellness clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Skin & Aesthetic Treatments

- Perform HydraFacial, facials, chemical peels and other aesthetic treatments as per training and clinical protocols.
- Educate patients about treatments and skincare.
- Follow up with patients and promote treatment continuity.
- Maintain hygiene and treatment room standards.

Front Desk & Sales

- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries and appointment bookings.
- Welcome patients and manage reception operations.
- Maintain patient records, billing and payment entries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Explain treatment packages and ethically upsell relevant services.
- Work towards monthly booking and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements





- Experience as a skin therapist, aesthetician or cosmetology therapist preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
- Comfortable with sales, follow-ups and patient counselling.
- Basic computer skills.
- PMU (Permanent Makeup) knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Proactive, organised and target-oriented.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full time
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday, including Saturdays and Sundays, as per the weekly roster.
- Weekly Off: One weekday off, mutually agreed.
- Salary: Based on experience and skills, plus performance-based incentives.
- Location: Malviya Nagar, South Delhi.
