About Cynaura
Cynaura is a learning platform built for the next generation of scientists, founded by an IISER Thiruvananthapuram alumna. We teach reasoning first: students learn to think like scientists, not to memorise for an exam. You'll help IAT aspirants understand chemistry well enough to solve problems they have never seen before.
What you'll do
- Teach live 1.5-hour Chemistry classes covering physical, organic and inorganic chemistry at IAT level.
- Lead PYQ discussion sessions on past IAT Chemistry questions.
- Write the Chemistry section of full-length mock tests, with clear step-by-step solutions.
- Answer student doubts during and after classes.
- Plan the Chemistry course with the founder from January 2027, before classes begin.
Who we're looking for
Must have
- Graduate of an IISER or IIT with a Chemistry major
- CSIR NET qualified (Chemical Sciences)
- Strong command of Class 11–12 chemistry at JEE/IAT level
- The ability to explain why, not just how, in explicit English
- Reliable internet, a laptop and a quiet space to teach from
Good to have
- Experience teaching or mentoring entrance-exam students
- A PhD (ongoing or completed) in Chemistry
Pay
- ₹[750] per 1.5-hour live class, paid monthly
- Payment for the deliverable will be made.
- Your name and credentials credited on the course page, posters and recorded lectures
- A teaching-experience certificate on completion
