Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Process Coordinator to manage basic office operations, handle client communication, make follow-up calls, and maintain daily records. Candidates with positive communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make basic cold calls and follow up with clients.
- Coordinate daily work and manage routine office tasks.
- Communicate with clients and respond to general inquiries.
- Maintain basic records, reports, and regular updates.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the team with basic administrative and process-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic English communication skills; Hindi communication is also acceptable.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, confident, and proactive personality.
- Ability to coordinate tasks and manage follow-ups.
