NexEra Legal LLP is a boutique law firm with offices in Mohali and Zirakpur. We are building a small, organised team and are looking for a Business Development Associate to support the firm's growth, partnerships and client relationships.

About the role

This is a non-legal, business-facing role. You will work directly with the Partner on building and maintaining the firm's professional relationships, managing enquiries, and keeping our outreach and records organised. It suits someone who communicates clearly, follows up reliably and enjoys working in a professional services environment.

What you will do

- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as chartered accountants, company secretaries, consultants and industry associations
- Research and maintain lists of relevant organisations, events and networking forums in the Tricity region and beyond
- Coordinate meetings, seminars and events, including logistics, invitations and follow-ups
- Handle incoming enquiries, record them accurately and route them to the Partner
- Maintain the firm's contact database (CRM or spreadsheet) and prepare short weekly activity reports
- Support the preparation of firm profiles, presentations and engagement documents for review by the Partner




- Help coordinate the firm's LinkedIn page and other professional communications, in line with the firm's guidelines
- Work with colleagues to keep client communication timely and well organised

What we are looking for

- A graduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA, B.Com or similar preferred) [or: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline]
- [Fresher / 1 to 3 years] of experience in business development, client relations, sales coordination or a similar role
- Clear spoken and written English; working Hindi and/or Punjabi
- Confidence in professional conversations, by phone, email and in person
- Comfortable with MS Excel or Google Sheets, email and LinkedIn
- Organised, dependable and careful with confidential information
- Experience in a law firm, CA firm or other skilled services setting is an advantage but not required
