We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily operational activities, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor daily activities, resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain operational records, reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Track operational performance and support timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist with resource planning, scheduling and coordination as per business requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, logistics or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting and operational documentation.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
