Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with relevant experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales within the Aluminium, Steel, Metal, or Manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong communication and customer-handling skills, along with proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.

The role involves communicating with business customers, generating sales enquiries, following up with leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inside sales and B2B sales activities for aluminium, steel, and related industrial products.
- Communicate with existing and prospective business customers through phone calls, email, and other business communication channels.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate with customers, and follow up on orders.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and other business clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing, product availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Use strong communication skills to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Relevant experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Industrial Sales.
- Industry experience in Aluminium, Steel, Metal, or Manufacturing is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages is mandatory: Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers in the required language.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, Excel, or CRM systems.
- Solid follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Experience

Candidates with relevant sales experience in the Aluminium, Steel, Metal, or Manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply.
