Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and motivated Social Care Worker to support our community welfare programmes. The candidate will work closely with the Foundation’s team to identify community needs, assist beneficiaries, organise awareness sessions, and contribute to initiatives that promote the well-being, safety, and empowerment of women and children.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and implementation of community welfare programmes for women and children.
- Conduct community visits to understand beneficiaries’ needs and challenges.
- Assist in organising awareness sessions, workshops, and outreach activities.
- Support child welfare, education, nutrition, healthcare, and women’s empowerment initiatives.
- Coordinate with volunteers, community members, schools, and partner organisations.
- Maintain beneficiary records, programme documentation, and activity reports.




- Help identify individuals and families who may require additional support and connect them with appropriate services.
- Assist in monitoring programme activities and documenting their impact.
- Ensure respectful, ethical, and child-safe interactions with all beneficiaries.

Qualifications and Skills

- Degree or diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in social welfare.
- Ability to work with diverse communities and handle responsibilities professionally.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Prior experience in an NGO or community development setting is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
