Job Title: MEP/BIM Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic MEP/BIM Trainer to deliver technical training in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and Building Information Modeling (BIM). The candidate will be responsible for training students and professionals in BIM software, MEP modeling, coordination, clash detection, and industry-standard workflows used in construction and building services projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on MEP design and BIM modeling concepts.
- Train students and professionals in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Explain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other building services systems.
- Teach 3D modeling, parametric families, documentation, and sheet creation.
- Train learners in MEP system modeling, routing, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
- Demonstrate BIM coordination, clash detection, and model review workflows.
- Introduce Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Explain BIM standards, Level of Development (LOD), and project execution workflows.
- Provide practical exercises based on real-world projects.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and project work.
- Assist students with project development,



portfolio preparation, and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry practices.

Required Technical Skills

- Autodesk Revit MEP
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks Manage
- HVAC and ducting design fundamentals
- Electrical and plumbing system modeling
- BIM coordination and clash detection
- Construction drawings and shop drawings
- Quantity take-offs and schedules
- Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience in MEP design, BIM modeling, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM workflows.
- Previous training or teaching experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with real-time BIM projects.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM execution plans.
- Ability to explain technical concepts using practical examples.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
