We are looking for a Creative Producer who can take ownership of our YouTube content production and help us build a strong creative team.

You will work directly with the founders and coordinate with scriptwriters, animators, and freelancers. Your job will be to make sure videos are produced on time, meet our quality standards, and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

- Manage videos from idea to final delivery
- Coordinate with scriptwriters, animators, and other creatives
- Review scripts, storytelling, and animation quality
- Track deadlines and ensure work is completed on time
- Give explicit feedback and help improve the quality of content
- Understand our successful video formats and help the team follow those standards
- Find and shortlist scriptwriters, animators, freelancers, and other creative talent when required
- Post job openings and search for candidates across relevant platforms and communities
- Review portfolios, conduct initial screening, and give test assignments
- Recommend solid candidates to the founders
- Help build and maintain a reliable creative team over time

Requirements

- Good understanding of YouTube content and storytelling




- Strong creative judgment
- Good communication and team-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Organized and good at managing deadlines
- Resourceful and good at solving problems
- Ability to identify and hire good creative talent
- Willingness to learn our Roblox and animation workflow

Experience in YouTube, video production, gaming content, creative agencies, or content creation is preferred, but strong candidates from other backgrounds are also welcome.

We are looking for someone who can grow with us and eventually take responsibility for the day-to-day creative production process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
