TRAWOC is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to grow our brand presence across social media and inspire the next generation of travellers and adventure enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage TRAWOC’s Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars, campaigns, Reels, Stories, and posts.
- Create engaging content showcasing our backpacks, travel gear, trekking products, and outdoor adventures.
- Identify social media trends and develop creative content ideas to increase reach and engagement.
- Identify and coordinate with travel influencers, trekkers, and content creators for brand collaborations.
- Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to execute campaigns and product promotions.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; relevant practical experience is also welcome.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, social media trends, and content strategy.
- Creative thinking, storytelling, and content planning skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
- Experience with e-commerce, travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
