We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to oversee new outlet development and expansion across our brands, ensuring timely execution from property finalisation to outlet launch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end outlet project execution, from site finalisation and design to construction and launch.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, BOQs, and overall capex.
- Track construction progress, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Coordinate procurement, equipment installation, and interior fit-outs.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Procurement teams to ensure launch readiness.
- Identify project delays, resolve execution challenges, and provide regular progress updates to management.




- Handle multiple projects simultaneously across locations.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in F&B;, restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of civil work, interiors, MEP, and vendor management.
- Good coordination, budgeting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for projects across India.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who can independently drive projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure outlets open on time and within budget.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
