Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and track performance against agreed plans.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status reports.
- Conduct project review meetings and communicate progress to leadership.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget through appropriate change-control processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as required.
- Track project KPIs, budgets, deliverables, and resource utilization.
- Ensure project documentation, governance, and closure activities are completed.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in project management and delivery.
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation through closure.
- Robust planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
