Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Couple Counsellor to provide emotional support and counselling to couples facing relationship challenges, fertility-related stress, marital conflicts, and family concerns.

Educational Qualifications

- M.Sc. Psychology, M.A. Psychology, M.Sc. Counselling Psychology, or a relevant Master’s degree in Psychology or Counselling.
- Preferred: Specialisation or certification in Couple Counselling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Relationship Counselling.
- Candidates with relevant counselling internship or practical experience will be preferred.
- Additional clinical qualifications or recognised professional registration are required where applicable to the role.

Experience

- Freshers with relevant qualifications and internship experience may apply.
- Experience in couple counselling, marital counselling,



family counselling, or fertility counselling is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual and joint counselling sessions for couples.
- Help couples manage relationship conflicts and improve communication.
- Provide emotional support to couples experiencing fertility-related stress.
- Develop suitable counselling plans based on clients’ needs.
- Maintain confidential counselling records and session notes.
- Conduct follow-up sessions to monitor progress.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals when necessary, with appropriate consent.
- Follow professional ethics and confidentiality standards.
