ACCOUNTS HEAD – AKAB FABRICS

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job type: Full time, in person

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month

AKAB FABRICS is hiring an Accounts Head to handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

- Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally.

- Prepare invoices and maintain ledgers and supporting documents.

- Reconcile bank statements and track customer and supplier balances.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the team on billing queries.

- Prepare routine accounts reports and support month-end closing.

- Coordinate with the external accountant on tax documentation and filing inputs.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of practical experience using Tally.

- Working knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

- Basic Excel skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle financial information confidentially.
