We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers/students, understanding their requirements, providing information about our courses/services, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, features, and perks to prospective students/customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/services.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly and maintain proper records.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/academic team for further follow-up and enrollment.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and willingness to learn.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree / Diploma.
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in EdTech, education sales, telecalling, or inside sales will be an added advantage.
- English and Kannada communication skills preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
