Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute daily production activities to meet targets.
- Ensure product quality, production efficiency, and minimum material wastage.
- Supervise factory staff, production schedules, and workflow.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production performance and implement process improvements.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory experience in the food processing, food manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing operations.
- Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
