We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic 2 years Experience candidate to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities, generating new business leads, promoting precast concrete products, coordinating with customers, and assisting in business development activities.

Freshers with good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in field sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, civil engineers, and construction companies.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, online research.
- Promote the company's precast concrete products to prospective customers.
- Explain product features and benefits after receiving necessary product training.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Maintain customer contact details and update lead follow-up records.
- Support marketing activities through social media and B2B platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
- Interest in B2B sales and business development.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.

- No previous work experience required.

- Willing to attend customer meetings and construction site visits.
