In the garments industry, the Inventory department is responsible for overseeing the storage, organization, and control of inventory. This includes ensuring accurate accounting of all products and materials, as well as maintaining availability to meet dispatch and customer demands.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
· Creating and optimizing SQL queries to retrieve required data for report generation.
· Using SAP software to accurately generate subcontract OCR reports in a timely manner.
· Generating reports in SAP B1 using Crystal Reports and Excel-based formats.
· Conducting regular audits to verify inventory levels and promptly reconcile any discrepancies.
· Training and mentoring data entry personnel on SAP software functionality and best practices for data entry.
· Preparing and sharing MIS reports to higher authority regularly.
Required Skill
01. Proficiency in SAP software with production inventory knowledge.
02. SQL query handling experience must.
03. Good knowledge in Microsoft office tools.
04. Inventory Management and Stock Record Keeping.

Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 5-year experience in Inventory.
- Proficiency in Excel for stock tracking, pivot reports, and analysis.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with purchase, production, cutting, and dispatch teams.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
