Quality Thought School of Technology is looking for experienced Technical Trainers who are currently working or have previously worked with top MNCs, product-based companies, and reputed organizations such as Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, L&T;, and other industry-leading companies.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Deliver technical training sessions to students, working professionals, and corporate learners.
- Conduct online sessions on weekdays and offline classroom sessions on weekends, based on mutual availability.
- Prepare and deliver structured training content aligned with current industry requirements.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, real-world use cases, and project-based learning.
- Share industry best practices and implementation strategies based on professional experience.
- Mentor learners, clarify doubts, and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct assignments, assessments, coding exercises, and practical evaluations wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with the training team regarding schedules, learning objectives, and training materials.
- Keep training content updated with relevant technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Eligibility Criteria





- Must be currently working or have previously worked in a top MNC, reputed product-based company, or established organization.
- No specific educational qualification or degree is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in at least one technology or domain.
- Preferably 3+ years of relevant industry experience. Candidates with exceptional expertise may also be considered.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to conduct online sessions on weekdays and offline sessions on weekends, depending on availability.
