About the Role
We are looking for a agile and organized Senior Facilities & Construction Supervisor to oversee the operations and upkeep of a modern ground-plus-eight-floor commercial building. The successful candidate will help ensure that construction and maintenance work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint, coordinate and monitor AMC vendors, including AC, fire-fighting and pest-control services.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance, including gardening, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and painting work.
- Manage housekeeping activities and monitor service quality.
- Monitor security guards and building security operations.
- Coordinate vendors, negotiate pricing and manage procurement.
- Support new office setups and administrative coordination.
- Use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Workspace; provide basic troubleshooting for minor computer issues.
- Use ChatGPT or other AI tools to support work where appropriate.
- Provide friendly, helpful and professional service to tenants.
Requirements
- Graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Good vendor-management, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Experience in construction activities is an advantage.
- Friendly, cheerful and service-oriented approach.
