Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for our real estate projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain property details, plot sizes, prices, locations, and project highlights.
- Generate qualified leads and identify potential buyers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call records, customer details, and lead status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Provide qualified customer service and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous real estate telecalling experience is an advantage.
