Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
- Analyze construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Calculate quantities of materials and prepare quantity take-offs.
- Estimate material, labour, and other project costs.
- Coordinate with the site and purchase teams for quotations and costing.
- Prepare rate analysis and estimation reports.
