- Carry out routine preventive maintenance of showroom, workshop, office, and facility equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.
- Maintain and repair lighting systems, power sockets, switches, fans, pumps, and other electrical equipment within the scope of authorization.
- Inspect and maintain workshop equipment, compressors, lifts, hydraulic systems, and other service-related machinery, where applicable.
- Attend maintenance complaints from different departments and branches and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized repairs.
- Monitor the condition of tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, checklists, and equipment history.




- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and applicable electrical and equipment safety standards.
- Identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support facility upkeep, minor civil repairs, painting, carpentry, and other general maintenance activities as required.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Report major breakdowns, recurring issues, and repair requirements to the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and maintenance schedules.
