Overview

CloudIT is seeking an experienced, well-rounded and efficient Tax Reviewer for one of its client. The ideal candidate is a US Tax professional with 3-8 years of experience with exceptional client management skills, who has hands-on experience reviewing Form 1040,

Key Responsibilities

- Tax Preparation & Support: Prepare U.S. business tax returns for review. Review and organize client tax documents and identify missing information. Make return revisions based on reviewer feedback. Assist with extensions, estimated tax payments, e-file authorizations, and other tax-related processes.
- Client & Workflow Support: Communicate with clients regarding documents, signatures, appointments, and outstanding items. Track tax returns through preparation, review, signature, filing, and completion. Maintain accurate client records, notes, statuses, and deadlines within firm systems. Escalate complex tax questions or issues to the appropriate Tax Skilled.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Follow established firm procedures, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive clients, tax, and financial information.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Fluent in spoken and written English.




- Hands on experience preparing and reviewing U.S. business tax returns Form 1040.
- Familiarity with U.S. tax documents and the tax preparation process.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Desired Profile:

Previous experience with a U.S.-based tax, accounting, bookkeeping, or CPA firm.

Experience with professional U.S. tax preparation software.

Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
