We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fashion Designer & Garment Coordinator with good knowledge of fabrics, clothing styles, garment quality, and office administration. The ideal candidate should be able to identify fabric quality, suggest suitable garment styles, coordinate clothing development, and maintain proper records of fabrics, designs, samples, stock, and daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fabric & Garment Knowledge

- Identify and evaluate fabric quality, texture, composition, durability, and suitability for different garments.
- Understand different types of fabrics, materials, patterns, colors, and garment finishes.
- Suggest suitable fabrics and clothing styles based on design requirements.
- Identify garment defects and ensure quality standards are maintained.

2. Garment Styling & Design

- Develop and suggest creative clothing styles and garment designs.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends and market preferences.
- Coordinate garment samples, measurements, fittings, and finishing.
- Assist in selecting fabrics, colors, prints, and design combinations.

3. Record Keeping & Office Management

- Maintain registers and records for fabrics, garments, samples, inventory, and daily activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of fabric purchases, stock received, stock issued, and material usage.
- Update Excel sheets, stock registers,



and other office records regularly.
- Maintain records of suppliers, purchase details, orders, and garment development.
- Organize fabric swatches, design samples, bills, and related documents.
- Ensure records are accurate, updated, and properly organized.

4. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with suppliers, tailors, vendors, and other team members.
- Track garment development, material availability, and pending work.
- Prepare regular stock updates and basic reports for management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain discipline in daily work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fashion designing, garments, apparel, or the textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, fabric quality, garment styles, and clothing materials.
- Ability to understand garment styling and recommend suitable fabric and design combinations.
- Experience in maintaining registers, inventory records, and office documentation.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage both garment-related work and routine office records independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
