Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and strong skills in both inside and field sales to convert leads into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Inside Sales

Handle incoming leads from digital platforms, calls, and walk-ins.

Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their requirements.

Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure high conversion rates.

2. Site Visits & Client Engagement

Conduct property tours and assist clients in understanding project features and benefits.

Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution

Achieve sales targets by identifying and closing potential deals.

Provide clients with accurate project details, including pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.

Market Research & Reporting

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

- Maintain CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
