Rawls Salon is looking for a creative and skilled Nail Artist who can provide high-quality nail care and nail art services while delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of nail techniques, attention to detail, and a passion for beauty and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, gel polish, acrylic, and nail art services.
- Create customized nail art designs based on clients’ preferences and current trends.
- Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, buffing, polishing, and finishing.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation for all tools and workstations.
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable nail services.
- Stay updated with the latest nail art trends, techniques, products, and designs.
- Handle nail products and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nail service area.
- Recommend appropriate nail-care products and aftercare routines to clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Nail Artist/Nail Technician is preferred.
- Good knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylic, extensions, and nail art techniques.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
