Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential clients.
- Promote VibesXDesigns services to businesses and brands.
- Communicate with prospective clients through calls, messages, and social media.
- Understand client requirements and arrange meetings with the team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and help convert them into paying clients.
- Maintain records of leads and outreach activities in the company CRM.

Stipend & Commission

- Stipend: Performance-based stipend, depending on the agreed terms and results.
- Commission: Earn commission for successfully converting prospects into paying clients.
- Performance incentives: Additional rewards may be offered for achieving sales targets.
