Job Summary:

We are looking for a Hardware & Network Engineer to manage computer hardware, network infrastructure, troubleshooting, installation, and IT support. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of systems, networks, and other IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, servers, and other hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
- Install and configure LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network devices.
- Monitor network connectivity and resolve network-related problems.
- Perform hardware diagnosis, repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance.
- Configure operating systems, applications, and system peripherals.
- Maintain IT assets and update hardware/software inventory records.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT service requests.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic network security.




- Perform regular data backup and system maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware purchases, repairs, and technical support.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT equipment, issues, and solutions.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches.
- Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of network security.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an IT team.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Network+ are an advantage.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
