Job Description:
Samaroh Banquets is looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team in sales and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and banquet bookings.
- Assist clients with event requirements and coordination.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Support billing, payment follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of experience.
- Marathi is mandatory; Gujarati is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn.
Work Details:
- 6 days a week
- On-site role in Thane West
- Afternoon and evening availability required
- 6-month internship with a completion certificate
- Full time opportunity may be offered based on performance.
