Job Requirement – Automation Engineer

1. Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

2. Experience: 3–8 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, equipment maintenance, & commissioning.

3. Automation Systems: Experience with HMI, VFDs, sensors, actuators, and electrical control panels.

4. Equipment Maintenance: Experience in troubleshooting automated machinery, labelling machines, packaging equipment & filling machines, mixing tanks is an added advantage .

5. Preventive Maintenance: Ability to plan preventive maintenance, analyse breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

6. Installation and Commissioning: Experience coordinating equipment installation, commissioning, vendor service visits, and technical troubleshooting.

7. Qualification Documentation: Knowledge of URS, DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ,



and PQ documentation and activities ( Added advantage ).

8. Microsoft Excel: Practical experience in Excel for maintenance schedules, breakdown analysis, spare-parts tracking, equipment records, and reporting. Knowledge of formulas, sorting, filtering, and PivotTables is preferred.

9. Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical, medical diagnostics, reagent manufacturing, or process industries, with positive analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

10. PLC Programming: Practical knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and logic modifications ( Added advantage ).

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
