We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Logistics & Customer Service Executive with 3-7 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate import and export shipments from booking to delivery.
- Communicate with shipping lines, customers, and internal teams.
- Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers.
- Handle documentation such as BL, invoices, packing lists, and customs-related documents.
- Resolve customer queries and service issues efficiently.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain records and prepare logistics reports.
- Ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

Requirements:

- 3-7 years of experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC,



or Logistics companies.
- Good knowledge of import/export operations and shipping documentation.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
