Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients through outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultations.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
Understand client requirements and explain suitable immigration pathways.
Guide clients through the initial stages of documentation and application coordination.
Build solid client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM or lead management tools.
Contribute to sales strategies and overall business growth.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales,



Telesales, or B2C Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work towards sales targets and deadlines.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Proficiency in English and at least one regional language: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech, immigration, overseas education, or international recruitment sales.
Ability to handle leads, conduct consultations, and close sales independently.
Understanding of lead management, follow-up strategies, and sales conversion techniques.
Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
