- Follow up with customers for loan EMI collections and overdue payments.
- Visit customers and assist in payment recovery.
- Maintain daily collection reports and update payment details.
- Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Degree / Intermediate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
