Brief Job Description

The selected teachers will be responsible for teaching Science or Commerce subjects according to the assigned classes and curriculum. Candidates should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to make complex topics easy to understand. They will also support students with doubt-clearing sessions, examinations, assignments, and academic progress.

Area of WorkScience Teacher

- Teach subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, according to qualifications and assigned classes.
- Explain scientific concepts with practical examples and appropriate demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
- Help students prepare for school examinations and other relevant academic assessments.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual academic support.

Commerce Teacher

- Teach subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, and other relevant Commerce subjects according to expertise.
- Explain theoretical concepts and practical applications in a clear and structured manner.




- Guide students through numerical problems, accounting procedures, and case studies.
- Prepare notes, assignments, worksheets, and examination-oriented practice materials.
- Conduct tests, assess performance, and provide feedback.
- Support students in preparing for school examinations and relevant competitive or entrance examinations.

Scope of Work and Responsibilities

- Deliver effective and engaging classroom or online lessons, as assigned.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials according to the prescribed syllabus.
- Explain concepts clearly and address students' academic difficulties.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and revision sessions.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and academic progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academy's management regarding lesson schedules and student progress.
- Complete the assigned syllabus within the planned academic schedule.
- Support academic improvement through revision classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and examination preparation.
