We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of technical roles and IT hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
