- About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive, organised and business-oriented professional to work closely with the Founder.
- This is a high ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, speaking with people, building processes and taking ideas from discussion to execution.
- You will support business growth, home chef onboarding, customer and partner coordination, sales initiatives, operations and strategic projects.
- Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder on business growth, partnerships, strategy and day to day execution.
- Support onboarding and relationship management of home chefs, customers, corporate clients and business partners.
- Handle business leads, follow ups, calls, emails, WhatsApp communication and online meetings professionally.
- Support customer acquisition, local outreach, community partnerships, corporate tie ups and business development activities.
- Track leads, chef onboarding progress, customer feedback, meetings, follow ups and important business activities.
- Assist in improving processes for food ordering, chef onboarding,



delivery coordination, customer support, settlements and complaint handling.
- Conduct market research on food delivery, home chef platforms, pricing, customer preferences, competitors and growth opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, trackers, business updates and management reports.
- Coordinate with technology, operations, marketing, delivery and external partners to ensure timely execution.
- Handle confidential business information and Founder level assignments professionally.
- Requirements 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, client management, operations, startup roles or a related field.
- Candidates based in Gurgaon are preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English with customers, home chefs and partners.
- Solid problem solving, analytical, coordination and follow up skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and other business tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
