We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze business data, identify trends, prepare reports, and support management in making effective business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, revenue, expenses, and operational data.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Track business performance against targets and KPIs.
- Identify business trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, HR, Operations, and Management teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Maintain accurate databases and reporting trackers.
- Present key findings and insights to senior management.
- Assist in process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills
- Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with large datasets and prepare management presentations
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
